Enough beds. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, attractions. Helpful & flexible staff. Nice garden for kids. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with separate shower area. Friendly host, offered advice on trains and sights. Faster Wi-Fi speeds than other places in Sri Lanka. Exceptional host who goes out of his way to help.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Ella and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. the location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right in the center of town, surrounded by bars, shops, and restaurants. It may be up a steep hill, but the view from the balcony is absolutely worth it. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided great service and were always willing to offer advice and tips on the best places to visit in the area. Lastly, I was impressed with the basic amenities provided in the room. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were modern. I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the noise level, particularly at night. However, this is to be expected in a vibrant town like Ella.

Fantastic view of the surrounding hills, which was stunning to wake up to each morning. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, with fresh local fruits and eggs to order. Location was perfect, nestled away from the bustle of the town but still within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Staff were warm and welcoming, offering great local recommendations.

The uphill walk to the hotel was a little challenging, and it would have been helpful to have assistance with our luggage. The room décor was slightly outdated, but still clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, right in the heart of the action. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away, making it incredibly convenient. Plus, there's an ATM nearby, which is always handy.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel in Ella. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the town. It was so convenient to have everything from restaurants to shops right on my doorstep. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a comfortable stay, giving us tips on local attractions and arranging transportation for us. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern facilities. I especially loved the balcony view which offered a stunning backdrop of the Ella hills. The breakfast options were also impressive, with a choice between European and Sri Lankan cuisine. this hotel provided great value for money and made our stay in Ella truly enjoyable.

Great location, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. the hotel is just a stone's throw from the main street, making it really easy to access cafes and restaurants. the rooms were sparkling clean and well, maintained. the breakfast was definitely a highlight of our stay. We enjoyed a tasty omelette, toast, fresh juice and coffee, and they even catered to my friend's gluten, free dietary requirement.

Poor room amenities and weak Wi, Fi. We did miss some of the attention to detail in the rooms such as bedside lamps, bath mats, and coat hangers. the Wi, Fi was also a bit weak in the rooms, but we did have better connectivity in the lobby.

Wake up to a hearty breakfast before heading out to see the train chug by on the bridge or taking a stroll to nearby restaurants and attractions. With helpful and friendly staff, you will have everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Excellent service, breathtaking views

We were fortunate to stay on the top floor of the hotel, offering us a stunning view from our balcony. The climb up to our room was worth it when we saw the gorgeous scenery. Although there was no refrigerator or room safe, the staff went out of their way to provide ice for our drinks and ensure our comfort. The hotel's location in the heart of Ella was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The manager and his team were attentive, polite, and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing view and excellent service.
